I had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly kind and supportive staff during a challenging visit to the nearby hospital. Myishea at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offered us an excellent hospital rate that eased our financial burden. The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the convenient amenities like the cafe and pool. However, I did notice some noise from neighboring guests at night, which could be improved.

Housekeeping was hit or miss. one day our room was untouched, and we had to scavenge for supplies. Noise from upstairs made it tough to catch some serious sleep. The pool was closed on our visit, and the bistro had limited food options with drinks that didn’t quite hit the mark. A pile of cleanliness issues left us scratching our heads, from stained furniture to outdated amenities.
